Currently under Renovations, we hope to the pool operational 2023

We have a Board Room where you can find a quiet place to hold a meeting or do group work.

Included in your rent is access to our Fitness facility, where you can keep in shape .

A local favorite for many years, we intend to reopen the Legends Lounge to offer a local Pub/Dance Club for students and locals to enjoy an evening of music and fun. (coming  2023)

We offer a coin operated laundry room in the building which will give you opportunity to keep your laundry up to date.
